Cap and gown Special

Seniors - You will soon be getting your cap and gown. I am going to be offering a special session to commemorate the event. This will be a package session with the session fee included in the price. These will be short session where just the cap and gown is worn and done on a neutral studio backdrop. Specific prints will also be included in the package along with discounts for additional prints.

More details will be posted soon, so if you are interested in getting some portraits in your graduation attire, be sure to check back after the weekend.

Jewelry Update

I have had a great response to the new photo tile jewelry sample! I am getting ready to post the pictures and prices this weekend, so be sure to check back :) I will also be posting some mother's day photo jewelry specials. Remember, you don't have to use a picture from a session to create this really special jewelry. If you already have a photo you want to use that will be acceptable too. Photos just can't be copyrighted (it has to be your personal photo ~ not one from a professional photographer or a school photo).

Four seasons!

I will be posting a new package on my website this week. It is a great deal AND reminds you to get photos four times during the year. You can use these four designated times to get photos of the kids or grandkids, extended family, pets, etc. This package would also be great as a gift for a family with a new baby. We all know how fast those little babies grow during their first year and this way the parents will be reminded to get portraits to capture their little bundle!

The basic breakdown of the package goes like this: Once you sign up for the package, I will call and e-mail you to schedule your appointments for each season. You will get first choice booking because I will contact you at least 1 month prior to the session "season". This package can be purchased by multiple families and shared or split. The package could also be purchased as a gift for two to four families. Only one session will be completed each season, however different families could use each season and complete the session for that season.

You will pay half the fees during the first session and the second half the fees during the third session.

Need a fundraiser for your organization?

I am now offering fundraising opportunties! Does your team, group, organization need money? I will donate a preset percentage towards groups/organizations/teams wanting to create a fundraising picture session. These session are customized for the needs of your group. There is either a reduced or waived session fee and packages are created to help your group gain funds. Please fee free to contact me with questions regarding this AWSOME opportunity. There is no work involved for the group (other than handing out information and posing for photos or organizing and promoting the photo session day). Photos are accessed in a secure gallery and processed and sent directly to the individual. A month after the ordering period is closed, your group will receive a check based on a preset percentage of the profits from the packages sold.

Photo Jewelry

Coming in the next couple of weeks! Custom crafted Photo Jewelry. These beautiful jewlery pieces will be custom created at a discounted rate using photos from a session. For an additional charge pieces can also be created using your candid photos without having to complete a session. Watch for more information in the next week or two. Jewlery in this line will include, bracelets, charms & necklaces. Silver photo frame charms and photo tile pendants (photos are baked into the clay and look amazing) can be purchased individually or as part of a handcrafted necklace or bracelet featuring beads or a simple silver chain or leather cord. I will post sample photos of these products when they become available. These would be great mothers day presents! Orders for mothers day will need to be placed by May 1 to arrive in time. Photos will be posted by April 1st along with pricing, product and ordering details. Check back here and on my website for more information in the next week or two. New!

Two new things are available at my studio. When you shoot a session with me you will be able to view your session on a screen as the pictures are taken. I have done a couple of group session with this and it makes it really easy to get the perfect shot (you can review right away and make corrections to posture, position, etc.). Also, the kids I have used this with really love being able to view themselves as the take their pictures! In the near future, I will be posting a couple of shots of a group and of some kiddos who have used the viewing during their session.

Also, within the next week I will be able to accept credit card payments for session fees and photos. I will still be accepting cash and check payments, but this will make it easier for those who wish to place an order online or by phone.
